Want to find out who owns an IP address? Check below! Please remember when contacting the owner however, that it is likely you are contacting an ISP, not the person who is causing the issue. Once you bring the ISP's attention to the problem they should be more than happy to take appropriate action. Do not expect that they will identify the offender to you. Their customer has a contract with them and is legally entitled to a degree of privacy. Of course, they won't divulge your information to the offender either.

To find out which ISP owns an IP address check at www.checkdomain.com
